Lance is a technology executive with a diverse background in industries and roles. Most recently, he served as SVP of Customer Success for Anaconda where he was responsible for customer engagement, training, certification, and customer support. Lance initiated a program at Anaconda that reduced churn from 11.5% to 2.8% per year. He previously held the positions of CTO and partner at multiple Wall Street trading firms, including Schonfeld Group Holdings, where he scaled the technology organization to facilitate over 600 million shares a day while launching a statistical arbitrage business to $100 million profitability in 1.5 years. Lance began his career at Intel in a software research and development lab where he delivered award winning products and technologies. Throughout his career his roles include software development, product management, operations, customer success, customer support, and information technology. He has a consistent track record of building high performing teams with substantive business impact in company sizes ranging from his own start-ups to Intel Corporation. Lance played a key role in merger and acquisition transactions totaling more than $350 million and lead large scale post-merger integrations.
